Bering-Alaka'ina Holdings, LLC is comprised of industry-recognized government service firms who are designated as Alaska Native Corporation (ANC)-Owned and fall into the respective categories of Small Business (SB), 8(a) certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) was formed as a result of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) in 1972. BSNC became the regional Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) for the Bering Strait region, which encompasses the majority of the Seward Peninsula and the coastal lands of eastern Norton Sound. Certified in 2004 as a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO), the Alaka'ina Foundation entered federal contracting in 2005 and established nine (9) for profit firms that were wholly acquired in June 2026 by BSNC. These firms, Ke'aki Technologies, Laulima Government Solutions, Kupono Government Solutions, Kapili Services, Po'okela Solutions, Kikaha Solutions, Pololei Solutions, Alaka'ina Professional Services and Alaka'ina Technical services operate today as Bering-Alaka'ina Holdings.
